Sales receipts are imported in near real time and converted into inventory consumption transactions through the automated mapping of till products to menu items and recipes. During the onboarding process, Grainz synchronises the product catalogue, maps POS products to menu items, establishes relationships between recipes and inventory, and enables accurate cost of sales, stock control and purchasing. The integration includes automated token management, pagination, error handling, monitoring and secure, Azure-hosted data processing.
